The RCMP actions have not only been condemned by Amnesty International, the BC Civil Liberties Union and the Canadian Association of Journalists, they are in direct violation of United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People (UNDRIP) and Indigenous law.

Missing from this plan is any real move to address the question of the rights of Palestinian refugees, one of the largest U.N. recognized refugee populations in the world.
